  • Personal & Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, and secure account login credentials.
  • Professional Data: All information contained in the documents you upload for revamping, including work history, education, skills, and scanned photos/PDFs.
  • Payment Information: Handled securely by our encrypted payment gateways (e.g., PayFast) when you purchase our packages (CV Only: R200 | Cover Letter: R150 | CV & Cover Letter: R300). We do not store your full credit card details.

2. HOW WE USE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

To provide you with instant, high-quality CV revamps, we utilize highly secure third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs, including OpenAI and Google Gemini (for parsing complex and scanned documents). By using Craflo, you consent to your CV text and structure being temporarily processed by these AI models strictly for the purpose of generating your improved CV or Cover Letter.

Rest assured: We configure our API agreements to ensure that these AI providers do not use your personal professional data to train their public data models.

Your data is stored securely in our private databases. We implement robust, industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and sanitized data processing, to prevent unauthorized access. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you can do so seamlessly via your account settings.
